Anyone who might take it into their head to do a constructed-reality trailer with Paterson Joseph as the Doctor (an undertaking I would wholeheartedly support) probably already knows this, but just in case: There is a quintessential “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry” moment in series 1, episode 3.
(This is, incidentally, not that moment. It’s just a handy still that came up on Google Images and amused me with the idea of Samantha, or really any Nikki character I’ve ever seen, butting heads with the Doctor…)
