The song dedicated to telling John Adams to shut up.

Also the beginning of the movie.

This will be watched before the night is out, but at the moment we’re just finishing up the John Adams miniseries all in one go on HBO.

In which, I shit you not, they actually wrote Abigail saying “For God’s sake, John, sit down” during a very tense emotional scene. There is NO WAY IN HELL they didn’t know that this would result in this song running through the heads of a substantial portion of their audience, thus rather undermining the very tense emotional scene COME ON PEOPLE. :-D

(Also, I didn’t know Samuel Barnett was it it. And Stephen Dillane. Which, lemme tell ya, nothing against his work at all, but Thomas Jefferson = Stannis Baratheon is one hell of a weird juxtaposition.)
